St Teresa's College offers a supportive and practical academic program with a range of pathways to suit the diverse strengths and aspirations of First Nations students. These pathways support transitions into further education, training, or employment.

The College provides opportunities for students to engage in vocational education and training (VET), with a strong emphasis on hands-on learning and the development of practical, industry-relevant skills. This is complemented by the College’s agricultural program, allowing students to gain real-world experience and build confidence in pathways connected to land-based industries and beyond.
